Subscriptions you buy are different from fans who subscribe to your creator page. Access expiry and renewal status also have different meanings.
Before you start
Sign in to the account you want to use. Creator-only controls appear only for accounts with the relevant access. If you manage someone else’s account, confirm you are in the correct workspace before making a change. The pictures use fictional example data; your balances, names, available options and screen layout may differ.
Step by step
- Open Subscriptions from the menu.
- Choose All, Active or Expired and use search to find a creator.
- Review the subscription dates, price and expiry shown.
- To stop a renewal, choose Manage and read the cancellation confirmation.
- Confirm only if you want renewal to stop.
- Return to the record and check both the renewal state and remaining access date.

Check the result
Stopping renewal does not necessarily remove access immediately. Do not assume a cancellation succeeded if the website returned an error or still shows a pending state.
If something is not working
If payment succeeded but access is missing, give support the creator and payment date. A top-up or individual content purchase does not itself create a subscription. Refund decisions require a human agent.
When reporting a problem, include the page, approximate time, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot of the error can help. Hide private messages and payment details that are unrelated to the issue. Never send your password, verification code, recovery code or API secret.
