Watch live streams and use paid interactions

Updated

Live streams may have access conditions or paid interactions. Review the current stream’s price and controls before joining or sending a gift.

Before you start

Sign in to the account you want to use. Creator-only controls appear only for accounts with the relevant access. If you manage someone else’s account, confirm you are in the correct workspace before making a change. The pictures use fictional example data; your balances, names, available options and screen layout may differ.

Step by step

  1. Open Lives or a creator’s live entry.
  2. Review the stream’s access information.
  3. If payment is required, read and confirm the amount before proceeding.
  4. Use the available chat or interaction controls while the stream is connected.
  5. Review the amount before sending a gift or other paid interaction.
  6. Leave the stream when finished and check Payments for any billing question.

Check the result

Access to a stream, a sent gift and playback quality are separate matters. A payment record does not establish that a technical issue did not occur.

If something is not working

If playback fails after payment, report the stream and transaction reference. A human agent decides refund requests; do not pay repeatedly to troubleshoot.

When reporting a problem, include the page, approximate time, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot of the error can help. Hide private messages and payment details that are unrelated to the issue. Never send your password, verification code, recovery code or API secret.

Open a ticket

Tell us what happened. A human agent can review your request.

Don’t include passwords, login codes or full payment details. For attachments, use the older ticket archive while uploads are being connected here.
