A post’s audience and price determine who can access it. Review those controls alongside the content so the published post matches what you intend to offer.
Before you start
Sign in to the account you want to use. Creator-only controls appear only for accounts with the relevant access. If you manage someone else’s account, confirm you are in the correct workspace before making a change. The pictures use fictional example data; your balances, names, available options and screen layout may differ.
Step by step
- Open New post from Creator tools.
- Write your caption and add media from an upload or your Vault.
- Review audience and price controls available in the composer.
- Use scheduling only when the relevant control is available and check the chosen date and time.
- Review any collaborator or tagging information before submission.
- Check the final content, access and price, then publish or schedule using the displayed action.

Check the result
A saved or scheduled post may not yet be visible to fans. Publication can also depend on media processing and moderation. Check the actual post after the action rather than assuming a draft was published.
If something is not working
If publishing fails, report whether the error happened during upload, processing or submission. Include the post reference when available and do not assume followers received a notification.
When reporting a problem, include the page, approximate time, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot of the error can help. Hide private messages and payment details that are unrelated to the issue. Never send your password, verification code, recovery code or API secret.
