Notification settings control how you hear about account activity. The notification list shows recorded events; it does not replace your payment or payout history.
Before you start
Sign in to the account you want to use. Creator-only controls appear only for accounts with the relevant access. If you manage someone else’s account, confirm you are in the correct workspace before making a change. The pictures use fictional example data; your balances, names, available options and screen layout may differ.
Step by step
- Open Notifications from the main menu to review recent activity.
- Open Settings → Notifications to review delivery options.
- Read the event and channel labels before enabling or disabling an option.
- Save your changes where a Save control is shown.
- Return to the notification list and open a relevant event to see its destination.

Check the result
Review the saved channel choices. Turning off a notification does not cancel a subscription, stop a payment or undo an account event.
If something is not working
If a notification is missing, report the expected event and approximate time. If you received repeated messages, also check Cooldown settings.
When reporting a problem, include the page, approximate time, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot of the error can help. Hide private messages and payment details that are unrelated to the issue. Never send your password, verification code, recovery code or API secret.
