Creator voice and video calls are separate from calling the AI support assistant. Check your account’s call settings and availability before inviting a fan to call.
Before you start
Sign in to the account you want to use. Creator-only controls appear only for accounts with the relevant access. If you manage someone else’s account, confirm you are in the correct workspace before making a change. The pictures use fictional example data; your balances, names, available options and screen layout may differ.
Step by step
- Open Settings → Messages & calls.
- Find the voice and video call controls available to your creator account.
- Review enabled call types and any prices shown before saving.
- Check that your browser can use the microphone and, for video, the camera.
- Open the relevant conversation to review call availability.
- Use the call’s own end control when the conversation finishes.

Check the result
A saved setting does not mean a call has started. Confirm the actual connection state and end state in the call interface. Pricing and availability can differ by account and conversation.
If something is not working
If a call will not connect, report whether the issue occurs before answering, during connection or after audio starts. Include any permission or connection message. Avoid repeated chargeable calls while a billing issue is under review.
When reporting a problem, include the page, approximate time, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot of the error can help. Hide private messages and payment details that are unrelated to the issue. Never send your password, verification code, recovery code or API secret.
