The Referral page shows the referral information and reward controls available to your account. Referral rewards are separate from ordinary post or subscription sales.
Before you start
Sign in to the account you want to use. Creator-only controls appear only for accounts with the relevant access. If you manage someone else’s account, confirm you are in the correct workspace before making a change. The pictures use fictional example data; your balances, names, available options and screen layout may differ.
Step by step
- Open Referral from Creator tools.
- Review the displayed referral link or identifier.
- Share only the correct public referral link through permitted channels.
- Check invited-user information and recorded rewards in the Referral page.
- Read the withdrawal or availability rules shown before requesting a reward withdrawal.
Check the result
A shared link is not proof that someone joined through it or qualified for a reward. Use the recorded referral entries and available reward balance.
If something is not working
If a referral is missing, provide the approximate date and relevant reference. Do not promise another person a reward amount that is not supported by current terms.
When reporting a problem, include the page, approximate time, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot of the error can help. Hide private messages and payment details that are unrelated to the issue. Never send your password, verification code, recovery code or API secret.
